Free server facing support. Site facing support by email is $1 per minute.

Webmaster and site-owner friendly free Drupal installations (configuration is extra). Outgoing email support, outsourced domain email (Google Apps). No unnecessary services installed (nor supported).

Bring your own domain (or we will register your domain name for you at cost plus $1 per minute). All domains include DNS support (point your name servers to horace.ls.net and helen.ls.net). That facilititates "bad day" operation on a backup server updated daily (you should backup your content independently).

Basic account is $5 per month; each domain is $2 per month. For example a webmaster with 10 domains will cost $5+10*2 or $25. A site owner with a single site is $7 per month or $70 per year. Pay for 10 months, get credit for 12. New customers must pay for a year in advance (and get the discount). Existing customers can pay monthly.
