 <p class=\\"rteleft\\">LINDSBORG -- The first time Tremayne Blair touched a set of piano keys\, he had the scare of his life.</p>
 <p class=\\"rteleft\\">Blair\, who was born and raised in Galax\, Va.\, was given a small keyboard at age 6 by his godmother. One day\, the boy was watching well-known gospel singer Kirk Franklin perform a song on television.</p>
 <p class=\\"rteleft\\">Without thinking much about it\, Blair began picking out the song note by note on his keyboard. His mother\, Beverlee Trotter\, stopped and watched him\, awestricken. Then she began to cry.</p>

DESCRIPTION:The Conservatory of Dance & Theatre in downtown Galax invites you to attend an Open House & Fall Registration Monday and Tuesday\, August 25th and 26th from 2-7pm.  
 We offer all levels of classical ballet\, jazz\, tap\, acting\, tumbling\, Kids Rock\, Mommy & me\, and creative movement for ages 2 ½ - adult.  Discounts are available for families and for those who take more than one class.  
 Come tour our studios!  Our experienced staff members will be on-hand to answer all your questions.
 All classes are taught by former professional ballerina Dr Barbara Johnson and her staff of experienced instructors.  
 The Conservatory of Dance & Theater brings you thrilling productions like The Sleeping Beauty\, Coppélia\, the Broadway dance musical Cats and annual performances of The Nutcracker.  
 The Conservatory also offers its students special in-studio master classes.
