The World Wide Web has morphed once again. What used to be called Web 2.0 has radically evolved, almost entirely within the year 2009, into a bunch of personal computing clouds shifting onto and over one another, as millions create their own personal webs. Now that a sizeable and growing minority of PC users has personal webs, mobile devices are becoming mandatory. By the end of 2010, mobile devices with online access will be nearly as ubiquitous in the US as they already are in Japan.
